I am now consulting to a wide range of children and young people’s services on a freelance basis, focussing on leadership training and coaching, as well as mentoring, supervision, and training in the fields of safeguarding and best practice.

More recently I have been involved with running an Action Research Programme with two other consultants from the therapeutic community, running individual and group sessions to help a therapeutic children’s home group look at itself and plan. I am also now employed by various organisations to run group consultancy to staff teams as part of their personal and team development.
